Standard Interior Door Size
Standard door height comes in two sizes only.
Standard interior door size. This helps drive down the cost of a door as having custom doors made is generally more expensive. It needs to be a minimum of 80 inches although some codes allow for 78 inch doors. Fire doors will be 44mm for a half hour fire rating and 54mm for an hour fire rating.

Standard door height for interiors is 80 inches. The main difference being an increased door height of 2040mm and door thickness of 40mm. Standard interior doors are at least 2040mm high providing enough clearance for people as well as furniture and appliances.
Standard widths include 18 20 24 28 30 32 and 36 inches. Door widths vary more frequently but you can find an average exterior standard door width of 36 inches and an average interior standard door width of between 28 and 32 inches. 26 30 28 32 and 30 36.
